A dollar may not be significant in the United States. It can usually be found in the ashtray of most cars. Dollars are left around on restaurant tables as tips. However, a dollar goes a long way in the villages of Vietnam and Nicaragua. It equates to the following:
$1=Used pair of shoes
$1=Used pair of shorts and t-shirt
$1=Used book
$1=10 pencils
$1=3 meals for hungry village students
Sponsor A Child
$10 a month=30 meals for our orphan child in Vietnam.
(.33 cents a day)
We can utilize your spare change in our programs to help our children receive a proper meal, education, clothing, and shoes. Put your coins to work rather than have it sit idle in your car.
